Geena Davis

Geena Davis is known as an American actor, producer, writer and women's rights activist. Her work has received praise for all her television roles and for her numerous roles in Hollywood. She was also a model before deciding to become a film actor. Music was her passion since the age of three led her to study the flute and piano. She played organ at Wareham Church. She relocated in New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in theater. She struggled hard there and eventually worked in a variety of jobs that were odd before gaining her first break as an actor. The model was successful before her big break with the film "Tootsie' in the year 1982. She appeared in many television serials and was able to enjoy an immensely successful career as an actor. In fact she was awarded an Oscar Award with her film 'The Accidental Tourist. She also bagged the 'The Golden Globe Award' for her part in a telecast drama series. Two sons are hers, and one daughter through her relationship to Reza Jarrahy. She works on many other charitable causes. Geena Geena Geena
